• Aircraft manuals, Job Cards and technical documents with systems descriptions and instructions for the Assembly Line, the Flightline and Ground Maintenance. 
• Specific workplace exchanges :  talking about time, deadlines, location and movement, all with examples from the workplace. 
• Recorded dialogues that focus on interactions between colleagues, and/or reponses to questions and requests raised by customers. 
• Practical English grammar  with examples from the Assembly/Flightline/Maintenance environment (including 12 short video explanations).

• The level of difficulty will depend on your work background and experience, as well as your knowledge of general English.
• The course is designed to enable a wide range of users to benefit from the materials by offering  choices in the way they are approached.
• Elementary learners can focus on the written text and use the available translations to develop your knowledge of specialised vocabulary.
• Intermediate learners, you can  listen to dialogues without reading the text.  This will improve your ability to understand spoken technical language.
• The quizzes for each topic have different levels of difficulty to suit your knowledge. You can choose the level of help you need to complete the task, and repeat them as many times as you like. You can also adapt the course to your needs and preferences by following your own route through the modules and topics.
